- If you make your payment late, you will pay more in finance charges.
- You understand that repaying your loan early will lower your borrowing costs by reducing the amount of interest you will pay.
- You may cancel a loan by the end of the business day following the day the loan is made.
- As required by law, you are hereby notified that a negative credit report may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations.
- This loan has no prepayment penalty.
- You understand that married applicants may apply for separate credit.
Consent to Do Business Electronically with Alvva
You consent to conduct this loan transaction electronically. This means you agree to sign loan documents electronically. In addition, you agree to receive all loan documents, legally required disclosures, notices, and other information in electronic form and to use an electronic signature or other electronic means to enter into all agreements. I understand that I may request printed copies of all agreements, disclosures, and notices at no charge.
Complaints
Alvva is licensed and examined under the laws of the State of California by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Authorization to Pull My Consumer Report
You authorize Alvva Financial, Inc. to verify the truthfulness of this Application; to obtain your consumer credit report from Experian; to check your credit and employment histories; to modify your Application based on the information you provide by phone; and to contact any person identified on this Application during the underwriting process, when servicing or collecting your loan, and to leave messages.
Contacting Third Parties
You authorize Alvva to contact third parties provided in connection with your application, for the following purposes: (1) to verify application information, (2) to assess your creditworthiness, and (3) for collection purposes.

Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Alvva Financial, Inc, has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Alvva Financial, Inc, does not share information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Alvva Financial, Inc, doesn't jointly market with other financial companies.
